To apply to become an authorized dealer, please download and complete the following three documents:

1. Application, Terms and Conditions, and References
2. Certificate of Resale
3. Credit Card Authorization

When you have completed all three forms, please email or mail them to HDW Doors
using the email or address found on each document.

Once approved, we’ll send you a login to our Dealer Center, where you can download product information, photos and pricing.
